Service we will provide
Anyone who wishes to implement our Odoo Connector for integrating their WooCommerce/Shopify/Magento operations within Odoo with the help of a dedicated support person from Emipro can use this service. Our dedicated support person will ensure the smooth & successful implementation of the connector. He/she will assist you via email/online meeting throughout the implementation which covers the below activities.
- Understanding your current Odoo & WooCommerce/Shopify/Magento Connector set up
- Installation & Setup of the connector
- Setting up proper configurations & workflows in the app
- Provide you with a demonstration/training on how to operate the application
- Answering any and all your questions & concerns about the connector
- Discuss your app customization needs (If any)
- Help you test the app in staging and provide you with the Go-live assistance
- Ensuring overall successful implementation of the connector
Terms & Conditions
- Our Services can be availed during our working hours which are 09.30 - 13.00 IST & 14.30 - 19.00 IST from Monday to Friday.
- A support request from the customer can take a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 48 hours to respond during our work hours.
- Validity period will be 30 calendar days.
- The customer can only avail of functional configuration assistance under these packs. No technical/customization work will be covered.
- It is mandatory for the customer to provide full access rights to Emipro of all the systems and servers that are necessary for carrying out the configuration and setup.
- The minimum support duration for each email/call/issue report is calculated as 30 minutes.
- Unused hours of a success pack after the validity expiration cannot be carried forward to the renewal of a pack.
- All sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Under this success pack, we will not be configuring Odoo configuration and we will also not configure the eCommerce Store.
- If you use any of our app that connects to a third-party service/app (marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, shipping carriers, payment gateways etc.) and you face an issue that results due to the third-party service/app, it will not be covered in this pack.
