Summary:

Emipro is looking for a talented technical writer who is mainly responsible for preparing quality content, blogs, & articles with the main goal to communicate complex, technical information more easily. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills, be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and possess the ability to create content that is both informative and engaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to prepare quality content.

Job Responsibilities:

Researching and writing high-quality content like product descriptions, user manuals, website content, etc.
Gain a deep understanding of Emipro's services & solutions, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language for user success
Create and maintain the information architecture
Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining services & solutions
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
Edit and update the existing technical content
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content
Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements, target audiences, and key messaging. Collaborate effectively and brainstorm to deliver content that meets project goals
Contribute to content strategy discussions, providing insights and ideas for upcoming campaigns and content initiatives
Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Required Skills:

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand technical subject matter
Research, outline, write, and edit content; working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase users’ understanding

Nice to have:

Experience of writing content for either of the following segments: ERP, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Wholesale & Retail Trading & Distribution.
