Emipro celebrates nine days of Navratri with a twist - what follows this purpose is not just planting, but fostering a connection with nature - each team member takes charge of watering and nurturing their planted seeds, fostering a greater awareness and gratitude towards Mother Nature.
Yes, we have Garba Celebration too, but we introduced a unique activity to foster a sense of environmental responsibility. In each of the nine days of Navratri, employees planted seeds and cared for their plants. Like the seed slowly rooting itself in the ground, our employees' participation in the group activity signifies spreading their roots into Emipro's culture. By tending to their plants, we help our professionals:

'Fitness For Welfare' CSR Activity
Emipro's corporate social responsibility (CSR) fitness activity takes our "Run With Power" slogan quite literally. It encourages employees to stay active for both, their better health and a larger social purpose - and so we introduced this program that brings our eminents a chance to help the company donate to society by just taking care of your own health!
When the employees do walking, running, or cycling activities, the company donates a predefined amount (for every kilometer covered) to a charitable institute for a better cause.
Our eminents submit their activity screenshots for us to document the distance covered by them from the tracking app. We record the total mileage covered by all eminents and as a firm, donate the accumulated amount to the charitable organization.
Tying the donations to employees' physical activity instead of their direct money contributions greatly motivates them to care for their health. Fitness CSR activity perfectly captures Emipro's dedication to holistic empowerment:
