Challenges: CoolPC Struggled With Inventory Management, Taxation and Accounting
Poor Inventory Synchronization - CoolPC sells its products through Amazon FBA & FBM, Shopify, eBay, and manual B2B. They received online and wholesale orders from across the globe. Moreover, they had two warehouses in the USA and one virtual warehouse for sub-contracting. They used ShipStation to handle orders connected to Amazon and Shopify. Their legacy systems also included an Amazon and Shopify integration.
But, they were unable to handle these orders and manage their inventory, leading to poor synchronization between sales channels. Plus, there was no inventory tracking mechanism, causing problems while ordering raw materials and processing orders.
